I am a Submarine officer developing my business outside the Navy. My time underwater has taught me the vital importance of building an organized team dedicated to individuals strengths/skills. Experience: My real estate career began in 2016 with my first primary residence in Virginia Beach, VA. Since then, I have bought two other MFHs in Portsmouth, VA (a quad and a triplex). I am house hacking one unit of the quad and utilizing another unit as an AirBnb. Currently have a 34 unit under contract in the Kansas City area. Real Estate Goals: My present focus is on cultivating my network and process to rapidly grow my business in terms of volume and reputation. This includes automated lead generation, private capital development and fostering commercial broker relationships. Currently seeking: Large multifamily and apartment deals including mentors who have scaled their business past the capacity of sole management. Main MSAs: Kansas City, MO; Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; Philadelphia, PA For commercial partnerships, I am seeking relationships with more experienced investors, private capital investors, CRE brokers and deals. My goal is 2-3 properties a year, with 10 properties within the next five years!
