I'm a software engineer that has participated in several fix and flips with my dad. I bought my house from a trust spent the last 4 years gutting and fixing the house. looking to get out of the rat race and apply some of this knowledge to real estate and create some value added rental properties. Looking to get into single family and multi-family rentals.
