I am a real estate investor in Atlanta and the Florida Panhandle. Currently I own several rental properties in Decatur, GA and also 2 vacation rental condos on the gulf coast - Seacrest Beach and Blue Mountain Beach. I am always looking for good deals in the Atlanta area and gulf coast. My focus is single family or small multifamily (ie. duplexes, quads, etc.).
