Hi! I got started in real estate while still in school at UNC Chapel Hill, and own a couple of long-term rentals in the Triangle area of NC. At my W2, I use data science to advise some of the top US real estate funds on which neighborhoods to buy large apartments complexes and other commercial properties (like Dave Meyer for commercial)! Looking to buy more long-term rentals in the future, and probably get into some small commercial soon. Everything I say on here is just my opinion. You probably shouldn't listen.
