Hello everyone! My name is Darius White and my wife's name is Kourtney. We are both very new to investing having not done a single deal yet. I work in the energy field and my wife works for the airlines. This allows us to save a great deal of money as well as travel (Grand Canyon in profile picture!) Traveling and doing philanthropy and missionary work is our passion and ultimate goal long term. To that end, we would like to reach 41 units producing 300-600 cash flow per month over the next 10 years. To achieve this we plan to set aside on average 3000 a month or 36k per year over the next 10 years to purchase sfh or duplexes; as well as use leverage and all cash flow from rental income, living solely on our 9-5s. This journey for us is just beginning but we are very excited to be a part of the biggerpockets family and cant wait to see our growth as well as yours!
