Working a full-time job running my family's manufacturing business, but also putting 40+ hours a week into real estate investing. I have several single-family and small multifamily properties totally 26 doors. I'm purchasing in mainly c class neighborhoods and looking for value add BRRRR opportunities. In the near term, I'm looking to build my pure cashflow to help me make the jump to real estate full time.
