I worked with Jeff this year on a syndication of a large multi-family property in Texas. He is a great partner and possesses exceptional leadership and under-writing qualities. Jeff's REIA meetup in Los Angeles is one of the best I've been to (I've been to about 10 different ones). His is all about learning from each other, collaboration, and no pitching allowed.
I got my business partner from his meetups and we already did our first deal together. So needless to say, for being free, my ROI is at infinity. Thanks Jeff!
