In 2012, I began buying properties in North Florida and have built a small portfolio of 15 properties since that time. I'm a "buy and hold" investor, focusing on single family homes in smaller, targeted North Florida communities. Real Estate Goals: For myself, I'm seeking solid financial independence and the fun of managing a business. At this stage, our goal is primarily focused on steady cash income which we invest in expanding our portfolio. For my tenants, I'm looking to provide safe and respectable housing that concentrates on mid-price range rentals. Currently Seeking: While our current portfolio is concentrated in North Florida and Texas, I'm looking to expand to North Central and Southern Florida markets.
