Jorge Rios

I grew up in Northwest arkansas and got into real estate investing a few years after graduating from high school. The typical 9 to 5 job was not going to do it for me. I built a business and bought another all while working a full time job so that I could use proceeds from the business to invest in more real estate. I finally decided to leave the w-2 world behind in mid 2017 and focus on growing my businesses to help me acheive my ultimate real estate goal of owning large multifamily properties that my family and I (as well as my investors) can live off of by using the passive income generated by these properties to accomplish this. I love the outdoors and spending time with my family as well as exploring new places. Real estate has enabled me to do a lot more of this than anything else I’ve ever ventured into including my businesses and that is why I have such a deep passion for real estate as many of us here do as well.
