Justin Bullock

Justin M. Bullock is the Founder & C.E.O. of River City Development Fund, LLC, a real estate hedge fund which provides institutional joint venture funding and development opportunities for the Florida real estate market and affordable housing. He is also the Founder & Executive Director of Community Development Alliance Group, Inc., an IRS registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization located in Jacksonville, Florida, whose mission is centered around developing quality affordable housing and educational resource programs for their local community. In addition, Justin also owns a real estate acquisitions company, a construction management firm, and is a licensed realtor with Keller Williams. He has a significant amount of direct experience with buying, selling, renting, project managing, and investing in residential properties. Outside of real estate, he serves as a business coach and has a genuine passion for mentoring other aspiring entrepreneurs and business professionals.
