I am a buy and hold investor in the Edmonton area. I buy distressed properties in need of repair and renovate the property to an above average quality and rent them out. My focus is on transformation of single family and small multi family housing. I want to add units and create uncompromising housing solutions at a higher quality than others. My ethos is there is always demand in the market for the best, real estate or otherwise. I found BiggerPockets through the podcast and am several hundred episodes in. I joined the website to learn from my peers, share what I know, and help anyone who stands to benefit. I have 10 years of experience in the construction industry as a land surveyor. My strength is in planning and executing construction projects. I take pride in drafting my own plans and knowing my projects down to the finest of details. I am looking to learn from the BP community about the areas of financing projects and acquiring and structuring partnerships. I see this community as making a positive difference in the world, and I am glad to be a part of it.
