I am a full-time accredited multifamily sponsor/investor in partnership on 7,500+ units across 40 properties and 5 states. My focus is on A & B class apartments, 200 units and larger. I am also developing a 300 unit, 4-story midrise Class A multifamily apartment that will be delivered in Q1 2023. And I'm developing a 42k SF Medical Office Building to be delivered in mid-2024. I am currently in the process of getting the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Additionally, I also own single family investment properties. Previously I owned an IT consulting firm for 12 years with Fortune 500 customers in the demanding Oil & Gas and Financial verticals.
