My wife and I are investors with two single family houses in the Charlotte area and a commercial property in SC. I am an engineer by trade and she is a school administrator. We have lived in the Charlotte area for about 13 years and have two beautiful children. Experience: Bought my first house in 2005 and began renting rooms out to co-workers and friends. After getting married, my wife and I continued to rent out rooms through AirBnB. Began investing in rental properties in 2012 and currently own 2 SFR, a single tenant commercial retail building, and have partnered on 11 condo units that we intend to hold long term.
