â€¢ Negotiate prices, discount, and terms on individual properties and portfolios with banks, brokers, and private sellers.
â€¢ Contact banks, asset managers, brokers, and private sellers of REO and short sale properties for investment opportunities.
â€¢ Perform due diligence by obtaining comparable sales data and other market information to evaluate Fair Market Value, potential ROI, and overall viability of offering to evaluate if it fits the companyâ€™s investment strategy.
