I have long considered myself as an entrepreneur from owning a full service vending business to a lawn maintenance service. My focus shifted over the years however i still have that entrepreneurial spirit which has motivated me to begin investing in real estate. Experience: My first primary residence purchase was definitely a learning experience. After fixing it up and selling at the market peak, it paid well. Today, I own a townhouse that is listed on Airbnb. Real Estate Goals: My RE goals include further education in analyzing deals, finance options and rental properties. My next step is to either move into an Airstream or begin searching for a SFR with guest house or a multi-family property. Currently Seeking: What everyone else is......deals!
