Northeast native, recently moved to the Atlanta, metropolitan area. Currently engineering consulting realm however, I am ready to begin positioning myself to finally have my money work for me. I am a novice to the world of Real Estate investing - specifically interested in wholesaling, buy-and-hold rentals and BRRRR nonetheless, I am highly eager to learn as much as I can via books, this site, videos, etc. Process of building capital in funds and education. Real Estate Goals: -Short-term: Close on my first investment (multi-family) property within the next year and a half. -Mid-term: Purchase minimum 1 single/multi-family property per year. -Long-term: Use the 1031-Exchange method to reinvest into larger cash flowing properties. Currently Seeking: Small multi-family properties in the Atlanta and Baltimore metro area. Looking to network with local and other real estate investors to expand my knowledge and capabilities in real estate investing.
