I am active duty Navy LCDR at my 13 year mark. I am married with one daughter currently stationed in Newport, RI. I have always been interested in real estate, but I want to get more involved and gain experience in acquiring rental properties. My ideal approach is to buy properties where I can rehab and then hold for passive income or sell for capital growth.
