I am married with a beautiful baby girl. I work in banking in the Albany area and my wife works as a tax accountant. Experience: My first property was an owner occupied two family in 2015 Second was an owner occupied three family in 2016. I bought a two family via tax foreclosure in March of 2017, that we BRRRRed with a completion of August 2018. In December of 2018 we pickup another tax foreclosure, this time a 2/2 SFH that we are looking to convert to a 3/2. My wife and I move to our first single family home in May of 2017. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to create enough passive income so that my wife an I can decide if we want to continue our professional careers or move to self employment. Currently Seeking: Networking with individuals that have experience scaling their business.
