I currently own 7 units on two properties in Seattle and am now looking to purchase multifamily units in any part of the country. I'm interested in anything from a 4-plex up to 20 units. I'm learning what parts of the country are good investments and would love to hear your advice, opinions, and thoughts about acquiring more buy-and-hold MF properties.
