Welcome to my profile! I'm new to the real estate world and looking to complete my first house hack this summer (summer of 2023). I'm open to SFH rent by room OR a duplex that needs a little work. My "9-5" (even though it's more like 7:30 am-6 pm is software/tech sales). I'm currently in-office and travel to downtown Austin Mon-Fri for work. I'm looking to stay within 30 minutes of downtown. Looking to connect with like-minded individuals who have completed the house-hacking strategy as well as more Veteran RE investors. Outside of software sales, I enjoy anything fitness related, reading, business, investing, financial independence, traveling, growing my faith with the Lord, and visiting my family in Venice, FL or Appleton, WI.
