Christopher Henderson

I am Christopher Henderson. I am currently the General Manager of American Airlines at the Eastern Iowa Airport. (CID) I have worked for AA's regional carrier Envoy for 10.5 years. My wife Angela and I have two children and are expecting our third in October. Alicia, Christopher, and Cameron (ACC_DAD). We have recently filed documents with the Iowa Secretary of State's office to begin Propriety Investments LLC. We are excited to begin our Real Estate Investing journey and hope to grow our business into a successful entity here in the Cedar Rapids area, and hopefully expand it to other markets. We both are eager to learn and excited for the opportunities real estate investing can afford us, and while we have not done our first deal yet we are anxious to do so. We would like to wholesale properties, as well as move into fix and flips, and rental properties. As we are just beginning we are open to all suggestions, insight, as well as opportunities to build our business relationships.
