I have been involved in Real Estate 17 years. I got my start in Real Estate as a licensed agent working in a small brokerage that specialized in investment properties and development. I quickly found a love for both development and investment properties. I'm based in Utah and my holdings and experience is in the Utah market but I'm looking to expand to other markets. Current Development projects include a 100 Acre 653 unit development that includes both single family homes as well as townhomes and urban townhomes (4-plex units) and condos. Another project in the works is a 3500 acre master planned community which includes both residential and commercial development Current Investment properties include 10 commercial properties and 2 residential properties.
