I'm a controls engineer for 3M Company that commutes an hour to work each day. I would like to get into buy and hold real estate investing as a way to give me more flexibility in my career in the future. I'm looking to get into small multifamily (duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes) in the Iowa City and Quad Cities areas. My current goal is to acquire my first property by April 2019.
