Adam Owczarzak

I am a 27 year old Home Health Physical Therapist working for Kindred at Home (formerly Gentiva). I went to school at Daemen College in Buffalo NY and received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014. I traveled as a PT and worked in various areas of southern Virginia before coming to Lincolnton NC in 2015. I traveled a bit in North Carolina before settling down with a full time job in November of 2016. Right now I live in Huntersville right near Charlotte -I am currently engaged and plan to get married in June of 2018! As of now, my fiancée is still in nursing school until February of 2018 so we are operating on one income and basically I am trying to break even on our finances until she begins working. Once she is working, we plan to invest in real estate relatively quickly. Right now, I am taking that opportunity to educate myself as much as possible so we are prepared when the time to buy is right.
