My wife and I recently moved to the area. She works as an Occupational Therapist, and I am in sales and have been for the last few years. Recently over the last few months, I have been interested in getting into real estate for the long-term play to make sure our assets are much greater than our liabilities. Right now, I am so fresh into learning about real estate I see myself as a buy and hold investor and then hopefully getting into flipping and apartment complexes.
