Fun fact: I can walk/balance on a tightrope! I love exploring the outdoors here in Virginia and surrounding areas. I entered the real estate world in 2019 when I began working for a real estate agent and later in the year for a mortgage company. I, as well as thousands of others, was emboldened by the book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” to enter this world. My grandpa gave me the book and I was hooked. Little did I know that working at a mortgage company would put me in an excellent position to invest in real estate because now I have a good idea of how I can start. I plan on investing in real estate in the area starting off with house-hacking a home. I see a lot of potential in Winchester, and Strasburg, Front Royal and in the surrounding West Virginia areas. Am I limiting myself though? Should I go all in for a multi-unit first? How do I get there? - these are the thoughts living in my mind “rent-free". Lastly, "Hablo Español!"
