I am the co-owner of Healey Realty Investments, LLC. We are a Real Estate Investment company, working in several different aspects of the game. We have started a Co-Wholesaling Team, where wholesalers from all over come together to share and close deals, for 50% of the Assignment fees. We also offer Transactional Funding in NC up to $30,000 (more to come soon). We wholesale Properties as well. We are always looking to expand and grow our business.
