I am eager to begin my real estate investing career and extremely interested in finding a mentor and/or partner with real estate investing. I am a mechanical engineer and extremely mechanically inclined, which makes flipping an intriguing opportunity, but I am also interested in investing in rental properties. I have succesfully owned and operated my owned business and anxious to start my next business in real estate.
