My wife and I bought our first investment property, a duplex we lived in for four years. In 2014, we bought our second investment property, a six bedroom student rental. We are looking at expanding and getting into flips along with growing the number of rental units we currently have. Experience: We currently have four units. Real Estate Goals: To expand into flipping and using that as a way to grow our number of units. Currently Seeking: We are currently seeking investors.
