Rental Property Investor
Growing slowly with 3 SFH properties and a small trailer park now. Got started as accidental landlord on one property five years ago. Trying to determine whether to add more SFH or stretch up to a small MF. Currently holding one full time job in IT. Prefer Atlanta area, Gwinnett County or Macon-Bibb County. Real Estate Goals: Get to 5 properties. Buy second mobile home park. Currently Seeking: Additional buy and hold. Smaller MF or stick with SFH.
