I am entering into investing year two on track to reach my goal of financial freedom in 5 years by combining FIRE (saving 70% of my income as a pharmacist) and acquiring 10 cash flowing rentals in appreciating markets. Currently focusing on a long distance BRRR property in Huntsville, AL and/or Chattanooga, TN markets. Looking to build a team and appreciate agents/wholesalers, property managers, contractors and lenders in those markets reaching out. I own a cashflowing duplex that I house hack with roommates and a tenant in Albany, OR and a single family rental in Salem, OR with good equity as well. Building steadily with a goal of 2 acquisitions per year. I really enjoy meeting with people who are on the path and would welcome a coffee or beer with other BP members.
