Thanks BP, I think this platform is so dope. Hello my name is Alex, I'm just a young engineer who is looking to apply myself some where else. Being tied to a desk is limiting my exploring my passion. And to be perfectly honest there are other ways to live life. At least from an individual perspective My passion being community growth. MY background in systems engineering has shown me I can apply two thing I love. Helping people and engineering. Through real estate I want to create a means for others. Housing, centers for programs, local businesses. As far as the homes I just think flipping is cool, I like to build. My initial goal is financial freedom which I feel investing can afford me. Once I can free my time I can apply it else where. I am looking for guidance even mentor-ship for anything and everything to do with this industry. I am interested and multi-units and college room rentals. I am not too long out of college so I see the applicable value in the method. I am shooting for a commercial building. My need other than advice is capital in order to accomplish the renovations. More importantly creative financing ideas. My plan so far is to buy a duplex then single family to flip then another duplex. My goal is duplex, single family, and/or/then an apartment building. I have my eye on an old office building in a high median income area that it would flourish in I believe. But once again capital is key. Before then I must make sure my plan is solid. So I am always looking for partners or even just taking in local parts on a deal from properties I find as the eyes on ground. Thanks the help the site alone is awesome!!
