I have been a condo apartment owner for the last two years and have started renting out one of my rooms on Airbnb. I am an incorporated Salesforce Consultant in BC and work with various clients. I am interested in adding other small residential/commercial properties to my portfolio. Goal: Purchase a 5+ door commercial property and increase rents by 15% within first 3 years.
