Hi there! I'm Alex, and I'm a Wholesaler in the Kennesaw/Marietta/Atlanta area. Shoot me a message if you're looking for your next investment! Some background... I'm a wholesaler for three reasons: I want to immerse myself in the real estate field, I'm broke, and I love doing numbers. I've read some great books by the touted Robert Kiyosaki, BP's own Brandon Turner, the great Robert Allen, and the master salesman Brian Tracy. I have also gone to some seminars from the super motivational Aaron Adams (check him out, great guy) and from the Rich Dad Elite education system. Reach out to me if you want to talk books or have any recommendations! Each and every author/speaker/source says, "get out there and do something," and this is my attempt at that. Let's see what happens. I wish everyone in my situation the best, and I'd love to learn about why you decided to get into this yourself! I watch a lot of those ASMR/satisfying snapchat stories. There's always been something about them that just gets me to keep tapping next, next, next. I feel the same way about playing with numbers. It's just so satisfying to play with them in Excel until they work out and you can see the opportunity. Lastly, I say I'm "broke," but only to fit into the "broke college kid who only eats Taco Bell" stereotype. I'm lucky enough to go to a great in-state University with low enough tuitions that my parents are willing to cover. There aren't many people born into families that can offer support like mine. I absolutely believe all the smart, capable people locked into a life working two minimum wage jobs six days a week can attain financial freedom. With that work ethic, if they had a situation like mine, they could do it in a quarter of the time. My mission therefore is to help those who can't spend the money nor take the time out of their day to become involved in real estate. I love learning about peoples lives and why they do what they do.
