My wife and I live in Fort Lauderdale, FL and spend a lot of time outdoors surfing, kayaking, and snorkeling! I am a project manager in the solar industry for large scale utility power plants but am interested in creating passive income. I am new to real estate investing and looking to establish connections, develop life long working relationships, and talk shop with some fun similar minded people. My current focus is rental property investing seeking cash flow and long term buy and hold strategy in the South Florida market. When my two current partners and more importantly long time friends approached me in August of 2019 to start talking about getting into real estate investing, I jumped in immediately.
