Alex Linden

Hello BP! My name is Alex Linden, and I was introduced to this site by my brother. I am interested in learning more about Real Estate investment and have listened to the BP Podcasts! I have moderate experience in the Real Estate World as a Professional Property Manager & Part-Time Investor. In the future, I hope to become financially independent and to find alternative methods of providing both for myself and my future family! I look forward to getting involved in the community, and one of my greatest passions in life is learning! See you all soon! -Alex Linden Experience: My experience thus far has included studying for and obtaining my Illinois Realtor's License as well as being involved in several Non-Investor related transactions. In addition, I have completed 2 deals, both in the DeKalb, Illinois area. The first was a Live-In Flip & the 2nd a short-term flip where my wife & I completed almost all of the work on our own over about a 5 month period. Real Estate Goals: I hope to have my first buy and hold property within the next 2 years. I would like to have 10 properties within the next 5 years. By the time I am 30 I would like to be able to leave a day job and go full time in real estate (currently 21) and continue working towards a portfolio that will generate enough cash-flow to support a family by 45. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking other investors and Asset/Property Managers to expand my network! In addition, I am interested in small multi-family properties and/or single family homes in need of repair to flip or turn into rentals as the situation permits.
