Alfred Carrasquillo

I've been interested in real estate investing since 2001, however, I've recently decided to take action. Thus the reason I am now a part of the BP community. I welcome and appreciate any and all feedback / advice anyone is willing to offer. I currently work in the construction industry as an Assistant Project Manager for a General Contracting Company. I love the world of construction and have been doing it for many years, however, I have a real passion for Real Estate and look forward to becoming a successful REI.
