I am a new Real Estate Investor. I love everything about Real Estate and would eventually like to become a Realtor/Flipper. Right now my primary focus is investing/wholesale properties. I am looking to connect with other investors. I am also looking for connections to cash buyers who would be willing to invest in properties I will be marketing. Referral fees will be available for all referrals that result in closing a deal. I am just starting to get responses from owners for the letters I have been sending out. So very interested in finding cash buyers for the properties.
