I have been studying RE Investing for years. I am now going full throttle into investing. I think I found my niche in Master Lease Options and Joint Venture Facilitations. Many people pay thousands of dollars to learn to do these types of investing, but I learned on my own through the internet. Working with commercial property is great! I don't really look at residential unless it's a flip. It seems to me that commercial is easier to obtain and sellers are more willing to be creative.
