About myself
Hi! my name is Allen. I'm 47 years old and I recently purchased my first duplex in the Milk District area of Downtown Orlando. I did it!! I'm living in one unit (FHA) and renting out the other unit. My plan is to move out after my 1 year FHA requirement and rent out that unit which will put me into positive cashflow. Plans are to purchase my next multifamily by age 50.
