I have enjoyed working as an advisor, administrator, and adjunct professor in Chicago's community colleges for the last several years, but I am looking forward to my next adventure. A frozen water pipe and subsequent renovation project on my own condo opened my eyes to a new industry that I love. I am interested in beginning my career and gaining experience with the design and renovation aspects of flipping houses. I'm especially interested in learning about financing the first few projects to get things rolling! I'm looking forward to learning from you and exploring future possibilities.
