Hi everyone! My names Amanda, I’m looking to start investing in my local area, Calgary AB. This journey is completely new to me, so far the first step was to discover investing in real estate. From here I have been educating myself as suggested with different methods, currently doing small steps to become more familiar with everything. Starting with books, learning new definitions/terms, attending seminars and courses (online of course!) and reaching out to my local real estate agents to starting running some numbers - strictly as practice right now.
