Hi. I am a newbie. I have very recently learned about RE investing, first by attending a Rich Dad Poor Dad free seminar. I left there pumped and kept looking for more info, hence here I am. I have listened to plenty of podcasts, attended a couple of webinars, read some blogs and I am sold! My husband is excited to buy our first rental property because I have been very passionately tvalking about it as it this would be our "overnight" journey to financial freedom. We've got the 401k going, we dappled in crypto, and now looking to grow in RE. After what I've learned so far, I truly believe this would be our primary vehicle for now toward FI. Say HI to me. I am in the process of applying for our pre-approval mortgage loan. We've taken leaps of faith before, some with calculated risks, but we've never regret any of our decisions because they have only grown us and taught us lessons in life. I am here to learn AND apply!!
