My real estate investing adventure began in 2015 when my husband and I bought our first fixer-upper in Philadelphia. We sold that house for a profit two years later when we relocated to Maryland and we were hooked! We recently bought our third live-in flip, and own two rental properties. I truly believe in the power of homeownership as a means of building generational wealth. I will go see all the ugly smelly houses and dream of the possibilities. I got my real estate license to continue my real estate investing and help others do the same!
