A newbie looking to learn everything I can about real estate investing. My goal is to buy a property in 2021 to use as income. Interested in either house hacking or renting out to tenants. As a somewhat-recent transplant to Pittsburgh, I'm still getting to know the area and the neighborhoods that could help me meet my goals.
