Currently living in Coto De Caza, CA, although I really don't invest much here in California. I manage money for European retirement funds, and assist them in making acquisitions across the US (primarily commercial properties and residential land lots) and we also manage all acquisitions for two private equity firms based outside the US. I am the owner of Berkovitz Development Group in Belize, we are developing residential communities 40-100 homes) as well as condo buildings in Belize city. Would love to look at other Caribbean locations in the future! We also own some non- real estate businesses, primarily in the "celebrity spirits" sector. It sure keeps you feeling alive!
