Ex-military guy who found the airbnb/ vrbo short term business from a loss of a job in 2016 when I was in a bad motorcycle wreck. Still in the beginning stages of my Real estate Journey and loving it! Currently, I have 1 long-term rental (single house) and 2 short-term single house rentals partnered with 2 other investors. I have managed all the property management w/ my other investors and now have other investors interested in my property management for their houses. I have built great connections with insurance adjusters, contractors, and cleaners. I have currently started a cleaning company where we are focused on residential cleanings and short-term rental cleanings. I am actively looking to expand and add another house every year to the portfolio or more and intentions of having a secure retirement and provide something back to the rest of the community in my area.
