Hi, I'm Andrew Garrard. I attended East Carolina University, graduating with a BS in Construction Management. Upon graduating, work took me across the country working with a variety of high tech clients in Utah, Washington & California building data centers, tech HQs, R&D facilities, etc... Recently moved back to the East Coast to North Carolina. Here I'm practicing Real Estate as a Broker, hold a N.C. General Contracting Limited License and currently an Appraiser Trainee with the intention of becoming a Certified Residential Appraiser. Eager to learn from the Biggerpockets community, especially with Spec Homes, BRRRR, Fix & Flips, Short Term & Long Term Rentals.
