Hello BP! I'm an Air Force service member with experience in construction in the middle of relocating my family to the Williamsport, PA area. I would love to house-hack a small Multi-family, Buy & Hold. However, we are focused on the Loyalsock and Montoursville School Districts which have minimal multifamily options. I'm thinking we will have to get creative with a basement apartment or something along those lines.
