Greetings! Currently serving in the United States Army, and using my remaining time to educate myself on the real estate investment world. Even with a few years left I am still determined to get a couple of properties under my belt. My main focus is going to be rehabs, but buy and hold is not out of the question. I have spent the last year or so educating myself of the business and spending a great deal of time on biggerpockets and reading anything that has to do with real estate. So even though this is the first time I have really inputted anything into my profile, I am very aware of the website and what they have to offer.
